(Twin Dead - pt. 1)

“A moment lasts all of a second, but the memory lives on forever.”

________________________________

I should write a polished presentation for my work, but first of all I would like to say that I am sorry for publishing it tardily. The main concept is to connect those ten years US lived from the terrorist attack to “World trade center” on Tuesday morning that is sadly well know.
I am not American, I was not there still seeing photos and watching the news when I was only 7 years-old made me feel worthlessness. This two drawings, called the twin dead are in memory of those we, mankind, lost: 9/11 victims, Iraqi and Afghanistan civilian, soldiers, fathers and sons, daughter and brothers.
Probably a professional artist could’ve done better but as long as art is about feelings I feel right posting these two pieces of arts.

My hat is off to you. Thanks for the pieces. Means a lot seeing that my uncle was in the south tower, floor 109. He was talking to my mom with a 'new' cell phone. He was mid sentence, when the tower fell. That and my cousin was killed in Iraq 3 years ago, so I have a soft spot in my heart for both of your pieces. Well done.
